How does Boilers On Finance work?

Boilers On Finance puts you in control. We let you buy a new boiler for your home using our online platform, without having to speak to a salesperson or the burden of having one in your home, all you have to do is answer a few simple questions. It's so easy you can do it on any device.

You'll be able to compare brands and prices that suit you, and your budget.

First all you have to do is answer a few easy questions. What kind of boiler you currently have, how many bedroom & bathrooms you have, that sort of thing.

You will be presented with packages and allow you to choose the one that suits you.

You can pay by way of monthly instalments with a tailored made plan that suits you, chosen by you. Alternatively you can pay a £99 deposit and pay the remainder of the balance day prior to installation using our secure online payments system. It's up to you.

Then, your certified installer will arrive to get it all set up, Boilers On Finance are in partnership with e.on, so you can be rest assured that we only provide the highest quality in both workmanship and customer service.

How does pay monthly work?

If you choose to pay by monthly instalments, you will apply for credit. You can set up a finance agreement repayable up to 120 months (10 years). There is the option to pay a deposit of your choosing whilst placing your order, by leaving a deposit you will reduce your monthly payments and reduce the amount of interest you pay. You then pay back the amount you borrow month by month, including any interest. The first payment is taken approximately 1 month after but the finance company will write to you and confirm all the details. If you would like to pay your finance off before the end of the agreement, simply contact the finance company directly who will give you a settlement figure.

You can pay off your agreement early at any time, there is no penalty to do this.

I'm a landlord. Can I buy from Boilers On Finance?

The simple answer is yes. You'll need to answer some questions about the property you want the installation in, and then give us the installation address, as well as your home address during your order. Nice and simple.

Will the boiler I order be efficient?

Yes. Every single boiler purchased by one of our customers is A rated for efficiency.

What warranty or guarantees do I get?

The warranty you will receive is dependent on the manufacturer, but you will never receive a warranty that is less than 5 years. Your warranty will cover you for call out's, parts and labour so you don't have to spend a penny extra.

You will also receive a 1 year workmanship warranty from our installation partner’s e.on.

How quickly can I get installed?

Very fast indeed. On average we install a new boiler within 2 - 5 days, and that's nationwide. We may also conduct a pre-installation survey of the property to make sure no issues appear on your installation date and to give you piece of mind. Don't worry we will never send a sales person to your property and the survey will be worked in and around your diary.

Will my price ever change?

As long as you have answered all questions truthfully and accurately your price will not change. Your price may be subject to change under only two conditions, the first would be inaccurate information provided by yourself, and the second for regulation purposes. All installations carried out meet the required gas safety regulations to provide maximum peace of mind to yourself. In very rare circumstances an installation may have to be altered to provide a safe and working boiler. We take safety very seriously and always use best practice when it comes to installing your new boiler.
